Currently there is an injunction nationally on the requirement to file this report.
The Department of Justice has filed an appeal which is currently pending. While the appeal is pending, FINCEN cannot enforce compliance or penalize for non-compliance.
The situation is fluid and could change quickly. FINCEN states you may continue to voluntarily file.
